This summer Funbash will host several Pop Up On The Block Events in the New York area.
Deborah Gibbs, the Funbash event organizer, said the pop-up will serve as a opportunity to entertain local pedestrians but also as an event to socially engage with strangers in a peaceful atmosphere.
“This will be the perfect time to celebrate the reopening of the city and give those people in the community to have a fun break from daily matters,” she said. “People want to get out and have fun, especially after COVID. So this is just a way to give them that support with the games we provide.”
Many games like checkers, chess, Jenga, Snakes and Ladders will be available for play and most events will be hosted during the week.
